Parking
Unlimited parking is available on site. The venue charges $15 per vehicle, per day to park. This applies to all athletes and attendees. We do not profit from parking. Campers are welcome to stay on the grounds for FitFest weekend, and you can set your stay up here.

Hang Out and Viewing Areas
**Tables, chairs, and other items from outside will NOT be permitted inside the expo halls.
NEW: To improve the athlete/attendee experience, we’ve added dedicated Athlete Village areas, along with additional tables and chairs throughout the venue.
Because of these enhancements, outside tables and chairs will not be permitted inside the venue. Additionally, setting up or sitting in aisles, walkways, or around vendor booths is strictly prohibited, as these areas must remain clear for foot traffic and emergency access.
We’ve worked hard to create comfortable spaces where athletes, coaches, and spectators can relax between events, and we ask that everyone please use these designated seating and hangout areas. Your cooperation helps us keep the venue safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.
Overhead bleachers can be accessed by taking the steps up on either side of the expo hall. There are several thousand seats available to view events or hang out and take a rest.
Athlete Village/Tent Space: There will be space available to “set up camp.” With your peeps. If you’d like to create more of a camp space, you can bring tents, tables, and chairs outside the back of the expo hall around the pond. Here you can “set up shop” and sprawl out. Please avoid staking tents as there are electric lines running under the ground.
Food & Beverage
Food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the venue from a variety of convenient options, including indoor concession stands, grab-and-go pop-up stations, and standalone bars. Plus, more than a dozen food trucks will be located just outside the back of the Expo Hall, offering plenty of great choices. Enjoy!

Classes, Seminars, Panels, and Appearances
FitFest is a stacked lineup of seminars, active classes, panels, and special guest appearances. Most of these will be hosted at our Classes and Appearance floor and private Seminars room. You can see our schedule of events here: TBD.

Attendees above the age of 5 will require a spectator pass. Purchase your passes HERE.
13 Years Old & Up: Single Day $30. Two-Day $45.
12 & Under: Single Day $15. Two-Day $22.50.
5 & Under: FREE!
Prohibited Items
Please refrain from bringing full sized coolers. With arena style venues, most outside food and beverage is prohibited. Bring food, snacks, and drinks in your personal lunch box or duffle bag.
