Parking Pass (Per Vehicle): All attendee vehicles require a parking pass – $10
Spectator Pass: Non-athletes above the age of 5 will require a spectator pass:
- Cost : $20.00 + Tax & Platform Fee
- Children 12 and under: $7.00 (Complimentary Kids Zone Included)
- Children 5 and under: Free! (Complimentary Kids Zone Included)
ALL Attendees other than competing athletes will require a spectator pass. This includes, parents, coaches, family, etc. Passes can be purchased in advance (skip the line)

Check-In
The Main Entrance in and out of the stadium will be the Ford Gate (See map). Before entering the stadium gates, all athletes must be checked in by their specific sport. Some sports may offer early check-in off-site or have a designated tent outside the main entrance. You’ll need to complete check-in and receive your athlete’s credential to access the venue. See the map below for entry point and sport locations.

Raymond James Stadium & Bag Policy – Prohibited items
As an official NFL venue, we are required to follow all Raymond James Stadium safety policies.
Athlete Exception (Competitors Only):
Athletes may bring:
- One backpack-style bag
- One personal cooler (up to 45 quarts)
Coolers must be for personal hydration, nutrition, or medical needs only.
🚫 Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
All bags and coolers are subject to inspection upon entry, and metal detectors are mandatory per stadium policy.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the stadium. Re-entry is permitted if you prefer to store additional items in your vehicle.
All non-competing attendees must follow the standard Raymond James Stadium No-Bag Policy and related venue guidelines HERE.
Prohibited items: Tents, tables, chairs, wagons, weapons, pets.
STROLLERS are allowed in the stadium but must remain in the concourse and not on the steps or field. Thank you!
Warm-Up
Each sport will have its own designated warm-up area located within its event space. To access the field, head up the ramp to the second level entry — you’ll enter through the Pirate Ship Deck to reach your competition zone. 🏴☠️
Athlete Village & Other Areas
There will be plenty of areas to “Set Up Shop,” including the climate-controlled Hyundai Club and parts of the lower stadium seating. The Hyundai Club will feature plenty of tables and chairs, select vendors, a snack bar, and convenient restroom access for you to relax and recharge. Additionally, all athletes and attendees will have access to the epic cove, pirate ship, and field! Please be mindful of marked walkways that we would like to keep clear for attendee traffic.
On-Site Food & Beverage Options
This year, all food and beverage options will be located inside the stadium, primarily on the Pirate Ship Deck and at additional snack bars throughout the venue.
You’ll find both healthy and comfort food options, along with water, energy drinks, and adult beverages. Plus, newly installed filtered water fountains are now available throughout the stadium for easy refills. 🏴☠️
Please Be Respectful
We ask that all athletes and attendees be respectful of stadium and event rules, regulations, staff, and other operational requirements. Hosting an event at Raymond James Stadium is a rare opportunity, and we would love to make it a permanent home for FitFest. That said, we need your support and cooperation. We also ask that you keep the stadium beautiful! Clean up any trash, belongings, etc. Let’s show them what we are all about and leave it the way we found it so they welcome us back for years to come! We appreciate you!
